SOUNDWILL HOLD<00878> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
Soundwill Holdings Limited ("SOUNDWILL HOLD") have approved the 
consolidation of shares on the basis of 50 then existing ordinary 
shares ("Old Shares") of SOUNDWILL HOLD into 1 new ordinary shares 
("New Shares").  Effective from today (04/04/2003), a temporary 
counter under stock code 2927 and stock short name "SOUNDWILL HOLD" 
will be established for trading in board lots of 40 New Shares each 
to replace the previous counter (stock code: 878) for trading in 
board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
